Conor Dolan, owner of CK Development, grew up in a family dedicated to business, construction and real estate development. Through his years of working in the real estate industry with family and operating his own poultry farm from the age of 14, Conor gained an unparalleled work ethic that is exemplified in every project CK Development takes on.

Following his graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Conor moved to Georgetown, Texas. He understood the rapidly growing housing market in Georgetown and immediately began investing, renovating and developing his new home town. Dozens of projects later, Conor is now an experienced, knowledgeable and motivated General Contractor ready to partner with Investors and Homeowners.
